Our team flew out to Indonesia on Friday, May 12th. Initially, the women on our team had initially attempted to leave Thursday, and were awarded a United flight credit for hopping on a flight Friday instead. After a nearly 17 hour flight, we landed in Singapore! DJ visited a cousin, while the women spent time in the Jewel admiring the indoor plants and massive waterfall, and briefly catching up with a few classmates who were also in Singapore for a layover.
